History of Ballynafeigh Credit Union
The Credit Union was formed in early 1996 initially as a savings with 12 members of Ballynafeigh District after visit and discussion with one of the cordinators of the then newly formed Ulster Federation of Credit Unions.
After 6 months training and examination by the Company Registrar we were granted our registration as limited company of which we had 22 members.
Ballynafeigh Credit Union is affiliated to The Ulster Federation of Credit Unions and is registered under the Credit Union (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 and is run under its rules for Credit Unions.
